Wear and tear is normal and not considered a defect.

Shipping- Ready to ship items will take 2-5 business days to ship. Tracking will be provided to your email and Tiny Toes account along with your order number.

Pre-Orders: ETA for pre-order's range from 4-7 weeks max. Please do not purchase from pre-orders if you are on a tight deadline. Please note you are purchasing this item knowing it is not in stock and has to go through production. No changes can be made after purchasing.

Refunds & Returns can be made within the first 30 days for unworn/new items. Refunds can be issued or shop credit. For refunds, a $6.50 restocking fee per item will be applied to the amount credited to you. This does not apply for store credit.

If you need to ship shoes back because of wrong sizing, etc - you must pay shipping back. A label will not be provided.
